Job summary

The Home Base Primary Care (HBPC) Medical Director at the Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System in Amarillo oversees HBPC services across Amarillo and satellite programs.

The role requires an MD/DO with full, unrestricted license, fellowship in geriatrics preferred, board certification or eligibility, and strong English communication; collaboration with affiliated Medical Schools and HBPC staff is common. Qualifications
