This role combines leadership (51% or more administrative FTE) with direct patient care (up to 49% clinical FTE) across GEC services, including outpatient geriatrics, Community Living Center (CLC), and Hospice & Palliative Care.

You will collaborate closely with the HBPC Program Director and report to the Chief of Geriatric and Extended Care.

Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities
