Triumvirate Environmental in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Manager to oversee fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging, and hazardous waste solids consolidation at our Casa Grande facility. You will lead safety, compliance, and throughput.

The role requires 5-10+ years in hazardous fuels operations, experience with cross-border waste shipments, and a track record of guiding teams and implementing robust quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience within the hazardous fuels operations industry.
• Experience importing/exporting hazardous fuels waste between the nations of Mexico and the United States.
• Proven managerial experience with leadership and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred; OSHA Hazwoper and DOT trainings are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of hazardous waste operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging, and hazardous waste solids consolidation.
• Manage gas cylinders, oxidizers, and reactive waste materials.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to implement quality control measures.
• Develop safety protocols with EH&S personnel and monitor inventory levels.
• Build relationships with rail operators and establish downstream kiln connections.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response.
