Job summary

Axon in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to help build and deliver products that protect life. You will work with production equipment, materials, and cross‑functional partners to ensure assemblies are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

You will set up, inspect, operate, and verify equipment per work instructions and GMPs; assemble components; monitor output; troubleshoot minor issues; and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or operations preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, procedures, drawings, labels, and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, environmental, quality, and manufacturing procedures; keep area safe and organized.
• Set up, inspect, operate, and verify production equipment per instructions and GMPs; assemble products; monitor output and qualify issues.
