Actalent is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager - PCBA in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead complex hardware and electronics programs from concept through launch, focusing on speed of decision-making, supply chain readiness, and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive hardware and electronics development experience.
Proven track record managing cross-functional hardware programs.
Experience with NPI in electronics/semiconductor environments.
Strong verbal and written communication with ability to tailor messages to audiences.
Experience defining and reporting KPIs and SLAs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end hardware/electronics programs from concept to launch.
Drive fast, high-quality decision-making aligned with KPIs and business goals.
Communicate critical issues and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Collaborate with internal/outsourcing teams, including overseas partners, on design, development and validation.
Scale program processes, including design reviews and release schedules.
Develop and maintain structured program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path.
Ensure BOM/PCBA readiness and supply chain alignment to milestones.
Manage ownership and accountability for milestones and deliverables.
Report on KPIs and program status to senior leadership.
