Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation Vertical. You will own the full lifecycle from concept through validation, multi-site deployment, and field sustainment in our Sortation Centers.

You will coordinate across Systems Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Solutions, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, and Customer Support, owning schedules, change control, supplier path, and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with hardware engineering teams.
• Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype through production and field deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of sortation hardware programs across all engineering disciplines and drive the critical path.
• Own the change-control cadence for the hardware portfolio and ensure released revisions are used by manufacturers.
• Own the procurement path for program hardware and translate lead times into schedule risk.
• Own launch readiness for site deployments and handover to operations while sustaining field solutions.
