Job summary

Mytra seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development of warehouse operator stations, integrating hardware and software. You will own the full hardware program timeline from concept through deployment, coordinating with systems, safety, mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensing, and data/ML teams to deliver safe, reliable, and instrumented operator stations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware/software development lifecycles for complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience planning resources, schedules, budgets, and milestones across hardware and software.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with design reviews, prototyping, build and test campaigns.
