Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hardware Engineering is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware programs in Cupertino. You will drive end-to-end delivery across hardware design, firmware, test, and external partners to scale enterprise cloud servers.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with customers and engineering teams to optimize cost, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of hardware product or program management experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and release schedules
• Experience with overseas vendors in product development
• Strong data-driven decision making and risk mitigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex technology initiatives from concept to delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware design, firmware, test and qualification
• Coordinate with external suppliers and design partners to deploy servers at scale
• Drive platform delivery and ongoing operational support for delivered servers
• Proactively identify risks and present mitigation plans
