Job summary

You will perform analytical modeling, FEA, and design-driven analysis, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with design teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of engineering experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience with Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate hardware performance and durability.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure compliance with specs and quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.
• Perform analytical modeling and finite element analysis for electro-mechanical systems.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; mentor junior engineers.
