Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of engineering experience with a Bachelor's; 3–5 years with a Master's.
  • Security clearance may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate hardware performance, functionality, and durability.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for hardware defects.
  • Model analytically and perform finite element analysis on complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; mentor junior engineers.
