Job summary

Aurora in Pittsburgh is seeking a HW Test Engineer to own HW/SW tests of complex electrical computer systems within the Product Integrity Team. This hands-on role spans electrical, mechanical, and software domains. You will perform RCCA, environmental and vibration validation, and contribute to test infrastructure.

Qualifications

Multidisciplinary experience across Firmware/EE/ME; expertise in one, knowledgeable in the other.
Working knowledge of test equipment including thermal chambers, vibe tables, liquid chillers, power supplies, electronic loads, and DAQs.
Proficiency in Python for automating repetitive tasks and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

Own HW/SW tests of complex electrical computer systems.
Participate in root cause and corrective action (RCCA) and debug efforts.
Support modules through environmental and vibration testing and validation as a test infrastructure owner.
