Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Hardware Manufacturing Test Engineer within our Electromagnetic Warfare team to ensure testing meets stringent standards and that production ships high-quality systems.

You will drive automation, improve test coverage, write work instructions for MES, and analyze data to identify defects and optimization opportunities.

A 5+ year track record in manufacturing test, Linux/LabVIEW experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Experience with PCBA testing standards and equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own test activities in production and maintain test flow.
• Improve automation, test coverage, and cycle time.
• Write work instructions for MES and train technicians.
• Develop failure mode libraries and RCCA actions.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and participate in NPI testing.
