Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA testing and test equipment.
• Familiar with MES, TES, and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own production test flow and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain and expand test capabilities across the value stream.
• Improve automation to reduce cycle time and increase coverage.
• Create work instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Analyze test data and report defects with root-cause actions.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on returns and failure analysis.
• Provide feedback to early-stage test design and NPIs.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
