Based at our southern NH campus, the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions team seeks a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic, Agile engineering team focused on advanced electronics across air, land, sea, and space domains.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy Test Solutions, including Test Stations and Integrated Test Adapters (ITAs), across a wide range of technologies.
2. Participate in program engagement activities such as strategy, Design For Testability (DFT), hardware design, integration, debugging, verification, validation, and support.
3. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to refine test development practices, including standard architectures, reuse strategies, and tools.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with electronics test product development and support
• Eligibility for DOD Security Clearance

Preferred

• Experience with RF test instrumentation (Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, etc.)
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Experience developing embedded systems for harsh environments
• Familiarity with electrical design and analysis tools
• Experience with test software development, FPGA designs, Electronic Warfare systems, high power RF SDR hardware, and data transfer protocols
• Active DOD security clearance

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $92,290 - $156,860, based on market data and individual qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules and other perks are also available.
