Job summary

You will own system-level design, drive validation plans, and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software teams to ship reliable products used in homes across North America. You should bring 6+ years of hardware or product engineering experience, strong board-level design skills, proficiency with Altium, and familiarity with FCC testing and manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 6+ years of progressive hardware or product engineering experience.
• Experience with board-level design and debugging.
• Familiarity with BOMs and vendor component approval.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical execution.
• Knowledge of FCC testing and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware project execution for assigned products or subsystems.
• Define system interfaces, components, and validation plans.
• Mentor hardware engineers and guide design quality.
• Drive debugging and root-cause analysis across electro-mechanical systems.
• Oversee schematics, layouts, BOMs, tooling, and test results.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Manage risk, change control, and release readiness.
• Improve DFM/ DFA, validation, and documentation practices.
• Ensure hardware quality, reliability, and compliance readiness.
