Job summary

You will coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, develop executive dashboards, and deliver status reports. A Bachelor’s in engineering and PMP or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution across R&D, IST, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Serve as the primary program interface to the customer TPM, internal leadership, and engineering organizations.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the integrated master schedule and risk registers.
• Deliver weekly status updates and monthly executive reports with milestones and risks.
• Create executive dashboards and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate engineering development, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Partner with customer teams to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
