Job summary

Keysight in Santa Rosa, California, seeks a senior engineering leader to guide a multi‑disciplinary hardware team in inventing and delivering time‑domain measurement instruments from concept to manufacturing. You’ll lead a capable group through design, testing and production.

You will manage scope, cost, and schedule, mentor engineers, and partner with global teams to ensure manufacturability and customer value while advancing technology. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering with 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams to deliver electronic/mechanical designs.
• Ability to discuss performance, cost and schedule tradeoffs and adapt plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hardware engineering team to invent and develop new time‑domain instruments from concept to manufacturing.
• Define project scope, plan, and execution for oscilloscope products with multi‑subsystem integration.
• Collaborate with global teams, marketing, field personnel and manufacturing to ensure success.
• Grow talent, coach engineers, and manage performance and development.
• Present technical information to customers and support deployment and integration.
• Continuously learn in a dynamic tech environment.
