You will build FMEA/FMECA analyses, apply Weibull and MTBF methods, and partner with actuators, electronics, and structures teams to translate test data into design fixes.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in reliability engineering with ownership of mission-profile development and accelerated test design.
• Experience developing mission profiles or usage/environmental duty-cycle models from product requirements.
• Working knowledge of acceleration models (Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson, inverse power law).
• Hands-on with FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, MTBF/MTTF modeling.
• Experience with electromechanical systems in active development projects.

• Decompose platform/subsystem requirements into mission profiles and real-world use cases.
• Translate mission profiles into accelerated test plans with defined factors and sample sizes.
• Build and maintain FMEA/FMECA analyses and drive design changes to prevent failures.
• Apply reliability methods (Weibull, MTBF/MTTF) to test and field data for trends.
• Collaborate with actuator, electrical, and structures teams to define test-stand needs.
• Develop reliability data infrastructure and reporting to monitor platform maturity.
