Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager in New York to lead NPI programs from charter to MP. You will work with teams across Seattle and Asia, travel frequently, and drive end-to-end program plans with clear dependencies and milestones.

You will manage budgets, build schedules, and coordinate risks and mitigations with senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery of hardware programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with Hardware Program Management.
• Experience with international suppliers and ODMs.
• Managed multiple product development cycles for a hardware complex system with cross functional dependencies.
• Leadership, with ability to influence and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hardware, Product, Quality, SW, PMO and Operations to create detailed program plans.
• Plan and lead weekly executive level updates.
• Establish a comprehensive program schedule with dependencies and critical paths.
• Track and mitigate risks, milestones, and team priorities with cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate solutions to keep projects on track.
