Job summary

Ōura is seeking an Operations Program Specialist to own the financial backbone of NPI programs, balancing budgets with factory-floor realities. Hybrid role in San Francisco, with close collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Finance, including CM partners.

You will manage budgets across multiple hardware programs, track spend vs forecast, and drive cost control while supporting line-up readiness and timely builds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial planning/budget management, program management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and building multi-program budgets.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or scripting to streamline budget tracking or reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present concise updates for execs.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Up to 10% global travel; SF office on-site required.

Responsibilities

• Lead FY budget development for Operations with Engineering and broader teams.
• Track and reconcile budgets across multiple hardware programs and CM partners.
• Analyze variances between forecast and actual spend and drive resolution.
• Maintain budget consolidation tools and executive summaries.
• Manage fund reallocations across programs and cost categories.
• Present regular budget updates to leadership; flag risks and items.
