Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced hardware program manager to own the integrated master schedule for drone, ground control, and radio hardware across multiple sites. You will align design, manufacturing, firmware, and certification, ensuring on-time delivery and a measurable risk posture.

You will report to the Director, PMO – Robotics & New Ventures and lead governance, phase gates, and supplier relationships across three countries. Onsite work in Scottsdale, AZ with 20–30% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering program management in hardware product development.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and multi-site builds.
• Strong knowledge of phase gate processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule across hardware platforms.
• Drive governance and phase-gate readiness with evidence packages.
• Manage risk register, budget health, and supplier relations.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews and design-for-manufacturing discussions.
