Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV in California seeks an experienced Program Manager for end-to-end systems responsible for 13.56MHz NFC and wireless charging solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to define customer requirements, architect device specs, and manage schedules to deliver robust products.

The role requires strong English communication, 10 years in semiconductors, and a track record of successful wireless charging launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred for Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
• 10 years of semiconductor experience with wireless charging launches and program management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with lead customers and funnel requirements to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Architect and manage device requirements and certification for system solutions (NFC, wireless power, security).
• Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing for schedules and resources.
• Drive on-time delivery to improve gross margin and EBITDA.
• Lead new product delivery from concept through production ramp.
