Job summary

Nanotech Energy seeks a Technical Program Manager in Chico, California (hybrid) to lead complex customer programs from RFQ to launch and closeout. You will own program planning, risk management, and executive communications, coordinating Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management and a background in engineering or a related field, with battery or regulated-product experience highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field required; master's or PhD preferred.
• 7+ years of technical program or related experience.
• Ability to drive complex programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Direct battery or advanced regulated-product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned programs from RFQ through development, launch, delivery, and closeout.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, requirements traceability, risks, and budgets.
• Serve as primary day-to-day customer contact and obtain approvals before commitments.
• Coordinate materials, builds, inspection, testing, qualification, and shipment.
