• Experience with project/program planning tools to track results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of programs with stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Develop and direct schedules, deliverables, budget, resource plans.
• Oversee project teams and internal partners; adjust plans to meet requirements.
• Communicate progress and escalations to stakeholders; implement changes.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
