Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior codes and standards leader to own regulatory and standards strategy for the IQ SST platform. You will represent the company on UL, IEEE, NFPA, ICC, and related committees, shaping requirements for data center power and medium‑voltage systems.

You will anticipate changes, drive proposals, and collaborate with product, engineering, and certification teams while building a broad network of labs, utilities, and industry groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in codes and standards for power electronics or data center power infrastructure.
• Proven influencer with seats on standards panels, code committees, or working groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Enphase's codes and standards strategy for the IQ SST platform.
• Represent Enphase on UL, IEEE, NFPA, ICC, and other standards bodies.
• Lead in identifying gaps and starting new standards projects or task groups.
• Engage withOpen Compute Project (OCP), NFPA 75/76, and data center forums to align DC power architectures with standards.
• Draft code change proposals and coordinate approvals with coalitions.
