Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Product Line Architect to leadHW product initiatives from concept through launch. You will coordinate with Product Management, engineering, and manufacturing to translate customer needs into rigorous technical requirements and program plans.

This role emphasizes collaboration across internal teams and external CM/JDM partners, with a global travel component to support development programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years product development experience with multiple product launches.
• 2+ years leading/cross-functional teams.
• Experience with electro-mechanical machinery, metal structures, plastics, finishes, electronics.
• Strong knowledge of ODM/JDM/CM partnerships.
• Willingness to travel internationally for partner programs.
• Bonus: fitness industry or similar product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop program direction for Peloton HW product initiatives with PM and executives.
• Monitor and adjust program strategies with cross-functional leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Promote Design for Manufacturing and Lean Engineering concepts.
• Develop Product and Engineering Requirements Documentation.
• Develop and execute master test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Set and manage HW team priorities and resources.
• Ensure PDP-aligned quality and accessibility considerations.
