Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Consumer Electronics Product Development (Hardware) in Bentonville, AR.

You will lead hardware development from concept through launch, coordinating with engineering, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, and brand teams to deliver high-quality home entertainment products. The role requires extensive hardware product lifecycle experience, strong project management, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years in design/merchandising/marketing.
• Crossover experience across hardware product development is preferred.
• Strong collaboration across functions and vendors is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives with internal and external partners and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from specification to post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with sourcing to support documentation and alignment with business strategy.
• Drive market research and benchmarking to refine product strategy and financial goals.
• Manage multiple projects and remove obstacles to meet objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members to sustain high performance.
