Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Hardware Platform Technical Leader to own system design and hardware implementation for autonomous drone platforms in the Denver area. You will lead the hardware effort, guide prototypes, and coordinate closely with software to meet aggressive development timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on drone hardware design leadership experience.
• Knowledge of EW resistant RF design.
• Familiar with drone HW/SW platforms (ArduPilot, PX4).

Responsibilities

• System design, architecture and tradeoffs. This candidate will be involved in all aspects of conceptualizing the design, and turning it into physical reality
• Interviewing junior candidates, selecting and forming the team
• Design implementation, testing, production rollout
• Direct engagement with key customers
• Working closely with the software lead to launch initial prototypes with challenging timelines and rapid execution
