Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management (planning, manufacturing, operations, inventory, etc.), including hardware or other capital-intensive, long-lead-time supply chains.
• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing models and optimization algorithms for production decisions.
• 10+ years of experience in coding/scripting languages such as Python, R, Java, C, C++, PHP, and with large-scale data platforms (SQL, distributed compute, pipeline orchestration).
• Experience owning a technical domain end to end at company scale; escalation point for hardest decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for server rack and component supply planning: own the planning methodology, the models behind it, and the definition of what a credible plan is.
• Steer supply feasibility runs and significant plan revisions end to end: frame the scenarios, set constraints and prioritization logic, arbitrate trade-offs.
• Own delivery of an executable and optimized supply chain plan for racks and components.
• Critique demand signals and build anticipatory demand view through mathematical modeling and business judgment.
• Identify capacity and supply chain risk; build models for simulation and optimization studies.
• Design and build software and optimization systems that replace manual planning, contributing code.
• Act as final technical escalation point for critical supply chain exceptions.
