Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing complex electronic hardware with production release.
• Strong PCB design, hardware bring-up, and high-speed analog/mixed-signal or RF design.
• Proven track record leading hardware-development efforts and cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, integration, validation of complex PCB hardware.
• Guide system-level decisions across performance, cost, quality, manufacturability, risk.
• Coordinate hardware with systems, FPGA, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Build technical plans, identify risks, resolve complex board/system issues.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers, raising technical rigor and best practices.
