Anduril Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Undersea Reconnaissance & Strike Business Line within the Maritime Division. You will track and forecast hardware program cost build-ups, translating material, labor, and overhead into baselines and forecasts while partnering with program managers, manufacturing, and accounting.

The role requires autonomy, project ownership from inception to completion, and clear communication of financial performance to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis experience in hardware environments.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own program-level cost forecasting and EAC/ETC development for hardware programs transitioning to production.
• Build and maintain bottoms-up cost models across material, labor, overhead, and subcontract elements.
• Track actuals vs baselines, perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Improve forecasting workflows in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Hyperion EPM, Foundry).
• Support long-range planning and production-rate ramp financial modeling.
