Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader in Massachusetts, seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Undersea Reconnaissance & Strike line within the Maritime Division. You will track cost build-up, forecast hardware program expenditures, and translate material, labor, and overhead into reliable baselines and variance analyses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis — preferably in hardware manufacturing or integration environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills — able to present financial narratives and variance explanations to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level cost forecasting and EAC/ETC development for hardware programs transitioning from development to production
• Build and maintain bottoms-up cost models covering material, labor, overhead, and subcontract elements
• Track actuals against baselines, identify variances, and drive root-cause analysis with program teams
• Support forecasting workflow improvements in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Hyperion EPM, Foundry)
• Contribute to long-range planning and production-rate ramp financial modeling; drive reporting accuracy and data integrity
