Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide dedicated FP&A support to the Undersea Reconnaissance & Strike Business Line within the Maritime Division. You’ll focus on forecasting hardware costs and translating material, labor, and overhead into baselines and variance analyses.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure cost visibility keeps pace with production.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years FP&A or cost analysis experience in hardware manufacturing or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level cost forecasting and EAC/ETC development for hardware programs transitioning to production.
• Build and maintain bottoms-up cost models covering material, labor, overhead, and subcontracting.
• Track actuals vs baselines, analyze variances, and drive root-cause analysis with program teams.
• Support forecasting workflows in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Hyperion EPM, Foundry).
• Contribute to long-range planning and production-rate financial modeling; improve reporting accuracy.
