Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in failure analysis and quality.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and related processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track quality of production units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Interface with customer support to debug and gather information on failed units.
• Perform failure analysis and route failed units to external suppliers when needed.
• Track and close RMAs.
• Provide failure analysis reports.
• Develop corrective actions.
