Qualifications

• 8+ years hardware engineering experience and 3+ years in hardware lead or CAM roles.
• Proven track record leading hardware projects from concept to production.
• Strong RF/microwave, radar, electronics packaging, and mechanical design.
• Excellent problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Experience with EVMS principles and externally reported programs.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain security clearance; DoD clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and development for protected communication and precision navigation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept to production within timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
