Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead PCBA development from concept through production for Leo Customer Terminal projects. You will collaborate with silicon, RF, antenna, TPM, and mechanical teams to meet system performance targets while maintaining schedules.

The role involves solving complex problems across functions, owning PCB design blocks, and driving board bring-up, test campaigns, and production transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Be the single-threaded owner for PCBA development from concept through production.
• Design high-speed digital and/or RF circuitry in collaboration with various teams.
• Lead PCB vendor engagement for DFM review and optimize PCB stack-up for cost.
• Schematic capture and lead PCB layout; board bring-up and test campaigns.
• Support transition of designs to mass production and development of test systems.
