Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional industry experience with 3+ years hands-on hardware development.
• Experience as the responsible engineer for substantial hardware workflows, not just management.
• Deep expertise in RF systems, antennas, electromagnetic design, power electronics, analog/mixed-signal or hardware debugging.
• Strong ability to communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and failure modes clearly and rigorously.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on electrical and hardware expertise to complex engineering tasks.
• Review hardware designs, engineering workflows, technical analyses, and troubleshooting approaches.
• Analyze design trade-offs, failure modes, measurements, test results, and system-level decisions.
• Evaluate the technical accuracy and real-world practicality of proposed hardware solutions.
• Identify errors, unstated assumptions, impractical recommendations, and design or implementation risks.
• Create or review rigorous engineering problems, reference solutions, evaluation criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Use experience in development, validation, bring-up, debugging, manufacturing, and testing to provide clear, experience-based technical feedback.
