Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to drive circuit card designs from concept to production, collaborating with Systems, Software, CAD, and Manufacturing teams to ensure producibility.

You will lead and participate in high- and low-level design, develop schematics, produce BOMs, and craft design-level documentation for RF, digital, and mixed-signal applications while working toward secure program deliverables and tests.

Qualifications

• Must have foundational degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering fields.
• Experience with design tools and processes across CAD, SPICE, and simulations.
• Clearance eligibility for U.S. Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and lead high-/low-level design efforts.
• Develop schematics and collaborate with CAD and Component teams.
• Create BOMs and deliver design documentation for production.
• Support circuit card assemblies in RF, digital, and mixed-signal domains.
• Coordinate with planning and supply chain for parts procurement.
