Qualifications

• 9 years of experience in the design of high-reliability electronic radio products and related subassemblies including PCB and FPGA development.
• Deep experience in Electrical Engineering and prior work within the Defense industry.
• Experience in technical leadership for large complex programs and IRAD efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineer on programs ensuring designs meet customer specifications.
• Lead cost and schedule performance for Hardware Engineering projects.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership, Business Development and PM to align strategy and execution.
• Work with Operations to transition designs to production using established processes.
• Travel up to 5–10% and secure a U.S. Secret clearance.
