L3Harris Technologies in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer to lead electronics design across digital, power, analog and mixed-signal domains. You will collaborate within an IPT with Optical, Mechanical, Software, Firmware and Electrical teams to meet cost and schedule milestones on precision electro-optics projects.

The role requires hands-on design, verification, and test planning using tools like Altium, Xpedition, Cadence, OrCAD and Mentor Graphics, with a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Translate system requirements into detailed implementation-level diagrams and plans.
Lead bench-level integration with hardware, software and FPGA designs.
Review product specifications and generate system and module-level diagrams.
