Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Nuclear industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Knowledge of I&C hardware design and equipment qualification process.
• Strong communication, organizational and delegation skills.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware scope for instrumentation and control plant computer and annunciator system upgrade projects.
• Lead a team of engineers through design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipment and start-up lifecycle.
• Define system requirements with internal/external customers and ensure codes and standards conformity.
• Interface with suppliers to manage obsolescence and ensure product viability.
• Collaborate across business units to develop offers for new projects.
• Lead resolution of significant technical issues and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Mentor and train new engineers; collaborate across multiple organizations.
