Qualifications
- 10+ years of related engineering or management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines/technologies.
- Ability to design, produce and support successful products/processes.
- Ability to manage product line/process problems requiring creativity and guidance.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
Responsibilities
- Invent, analyze and design complex analog/digital systems.
- Lead large, high-visibility hardware projects.
- Lead hardware design reviews for robustness.
- Develop hardware and system-level specifications for complex applications.
- Write and review test plans; supervise testing and review results.
