We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join the Government Services team at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) to support our efforts of integrating electric power systems for our Navy customers. In this role, you will expand SEL’s capabilities and help start a new shipboard product line. Working with a wide range of colleagues from around the company, your engineering will help make electric power safer, more reliable, and more economical for the United States Navy. B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range Data Hardware Engineer: $97,700 - $144,400. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
