Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Experienced Hardware Engineer in Milwaukee to design, test, and optimize PCB solutions for residential power systems. You will collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to deliver high-functioning electrical solutions.

Responsibilities include leading NDAs for new product development, validating concepts, and ensuring manufacturing readiness. A BS in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of hardware experience are required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of work experience in hardware/electrical engineering.
• Experience leading or collaborating with technical teams on hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of new product development from concept validation to design for manufacturing for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits for residential power systems.
• Contribute to sustaining efforts for existing product lines.
• Define electrical hardware requirements, specs, and architecture with cross-functional teams.
• Develop hardware validation test plans for reliability and performance.
