Job summary

Rehlko seeks a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team focused on developing, testing and optimizing PCB solutions for residential and power products. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite per week in Kohler, Wisconsin, collaborating with hardware and software engineers and product teams to deliver high-functioning electrical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and sustaining of analog, digital, RF and mixed signal designs for residential power systems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute board validation tasks.
• Conduct hardware functional, environmental, and lifecycle validation to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in electrical hardware reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Document electrical system design and implementation details.
