Job summary

eInfochips, an Arrow company, seeks an experienced hardware engineer to design boards with microprocessors (iMX8/iMX9) and MCUs (ESP32/STM32) and to lead sensor integration and high-speed interfaces.

You will collaborate with customers on component placement, perform signal and power integrity analysis, support FCC/CE certifications, and drive lab testing, bring-up, and field-use case verification on on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in electrical/electronics and at least 8 years related experience; or 5 years with advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Supports certification activities for FCC, IC, CE; debug and resolve issues during testing.
• Performs hardware testing in lab.
• Addresses field-testing issues and verifies hardware use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design boards with microprocessors (iMX8, iMX9) and MCUs (ESP32, STM32).
• Collaborate with customers on component placement and PCB size.
• Perform layout design and high-speed interface guidelines; review signal/power integrity and thermal analysis; test Gerber files.
