Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in hardware design, strong SI/PI, PCIe Gen3-6, USB, 10/25G Ethernet, and experience with Altium/Cadence/Mentor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of hardware design and development experience.
• Advanced ECAD expertise: Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, validate, and support manufacturing of custom hardware platforms, primarily PCB-based systems.
• Schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation using tools like SPICE, Ansys SIwave, HFSS.
• Hardware bring-up and validation code using Python, C, or VHDL.
• Analyze Eye Diagram and BERT results; correlate models with measurements.
• Collaborate with trading, FPGA, firmware, software, and infrastructure teams; own designs end-to-end.
