Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience in product development from concept to production.
• Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices.
• Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues.
• Proficient with lab equipment and capturing complex measurements.
• Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms.
• Competent with Cadence tools: OrCad/Concept, Allegro.
• Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials.
• Experience with switching power supply design.
• Strong debugging skills and analytical problem solving.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Networking experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and development of new network visibility products with high speed networking, compute, and FPGA resources.
• Author schematics and manage PCB layout resources.
• Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team with Mechanical, RTL, Software, and manufacturing.
