Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks a senior board-level hardware designer to design and bring up high-performance DPU boards. This on-site role focuses on schematic oversight, bench bring-up, and DFM/DFT collaboration.

• 5+ years of board-level hardware design experience.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SerDes).
• Strong lab and debugging skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.

• Own schematic design and layout oversight.
• Bring up boards and debug at the bench.
• Run design verification and margin testing.
• Support DFM/DFT with manufacturing engineering.
