A2e Technologies is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to design and bring up high-speed digital boards, focusing on DDR, FPGAs, and networking in a professional lab environment.

Proficiency with Altium and EDA tools, plus experience in signal integrity and power integrity simulations, is highly valued. This role requires a hands-on engineer capable of delivering test plans and failure analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience designing high-speed digital boards (>1 GHz) with DDR, FPGAs, and networking.
• Experience with Altium schematic capture.
• EMC mitigation techniques and testing experience.
• Signal integrity and PI (power integrity) simulation experience.
• FPGA design toolsets familiarity is a plus.
• Board bring-up in a professional lab; test execution and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Bringing up circuit boards.
• Test execution, including test case generation, execution and reporting.
• Debugging and problem-solving to identify root causes and provide detailed analysis.
• Knowledge of verification methodologies and space industry standards.
